From New York to Texas, One Bagel at a Time
4 Brothers NY Bagels brings an authentic New York style bagel shop experience to Texas. Founded by Michael Discon, a native New Yorker from Queens and Long Island, we started at local farmers markets in 2019 and grew into six locations across the Houston area and College Station.
Our bagels are hand rolled, kettle boiled, and baked fresh daily using a recipe that blends Brooklyn water style tradition with the flavorful bite of a Montreal style bagel. From classic breakfast sandwiches and deli style favorites to house made cream cheese spreads and fresh brewed coffee, everything is made to keep it simple, satisfying, and real.
